At ChowNow I led design for the restaurant domain and managed a team of designers. I worked with cross-functional leadership to redesign and create a new vision for the platform restaurant owners use for back-of-house solutions.
Our small team was tasked with completely overhauling the back-of-house tool used by restaurant managers and owners. The goal was to create scalable solutions for restaurant partners, catering to both single and multiple locations. The company aimed to increase market competitiveness to attract and retain customers more effectively.
